SHIPPING POLICY

At Publicly Private LLC, we are committed to delivering our premium garments with the same level of care and precision used in their design.
 
PROCESSING TIMES

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

  • Limited Drops & Pre-orders: Items labeled as "Pre-order" or part of a "Limited Drop" may have extended processing times. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated shipping dates.

  • Business Days: Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding New York State and federal holidays.

 
SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic (USA): We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx to ensure secure delivery.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

  • Expedited Shipping: Overnight and 2-day shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

 
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
 
To ensure the security of your purchase, all orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone will be available to receive the package.
 
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
 
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
 
Publicly Private LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at concierge@publiclyprivate.net with photos of the packaging and the product so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our team to see if we can accommodate your location. (Please note: Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes).
 
ADDRESS CHANGES
 
We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed. Please double-check your details at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.
